The guide, atlas and app offers each include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product is not right for you, request a refund within 30 days of its purchase.

How to request a refund

Open your purchase confirmation from Hotmart and follow its purchase support or refund instructions. You can also open your Hotmart purchases and select the relevant transaction.

Separate transactions

The optional atlas and app upgrades are separate purchases. Choose the transaction for the product you want to refund.

Processing

Hotmart handles the refund. The processing time depends on the payment method and payment provider. Your purchase record in Hotmart is the source for payment and refund status.
